Ingredients:
200 grams Paneer
100 grams curd
2 tbsp or as per taste jaggery powder
10 sugar free digestive biscuits
2 tbsp melted butter
Few drops vanilla essence
Handful of chopped walnuts and dates

Method-
1. Crush the biscuits and add melted butter. Mix till a coarse crumble texture is formed
2. Transfer this mixture to ramekin moulds and press it down to form a flat smooth base. Keep in fridge till you prepare cheesecake mix
3. In a blender add paneer, curd and vanilla essence and blend till it smooth and creamy
4. Next add jaggery powder and blend again till smooth
5. Add chopped dates and walnuts and mix
6. Add this mixture on top of the biscuit base
7. Cover will foil and bake at 170 degrees for 12-15 minutes
8. Garnish with cranberries and serve warm or cold
