WIND SYNTHESIZER VS. TRUMPET (Thirty days with the Robkoo R1)

SCENE: Lifelong jazz trumpet player has his first experience with a wind synthesizer, the R1 from Robkoo. After one month with the R1, I share my experience of learning to play it in brass fingering mode, which is a perspective rarely seen on YouTube. Combining deeply ingrained actions with others which are not has proven to be a physical and mental challenge. Frustrating yet motivating as I am determined to emerge triumphant over technology, to whatever end.

DISCLAIMER: As I elaborate in the the comments, the main point of this video is not to suggest an electronic instrument as a viable substitute for an acoustic instrument, but to document the process of an old dog learning a new trick.
