HIGH PROTEIN SPROUTS TIKKI WITH TADKA RAITA

Recipe -
Ingredients List:
For Tikki:
1 cup raw and coarsely chopped moong sprouts
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1 big onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage (optional)
1/4 cup finely chopped mixed bell peppers
Small piece of ginger, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Green chillies, finely chopped (to taste)
150 gm crumbled paneer
Finely chopped coriander leaves
1.5 tsp Dhaniya powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Mirchi Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Aamchoor Powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup quick oats
Oil for roasting
For Raita:
1.5 cup beaten curd
Finely chopped cucumber
Finely chopped carrot
Some coriander leaves
3 tbsp roasted and coarsely ground peanuts
Salt to taste
For Tadka (optional):
Oil
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Curry leaves
Method-
For Tikki -
In a mixing bowl, add raw and coarsely chopped moong sprouts (1 cup).
Into that add finely chopped 1/4 cup carrots, 1 big size of onion, 1/4 cup cabbage (totally optional) and 1/4 cup mixed bell peppers.
Then add finely chopped - a small piece of ginger, 3 garlic cloves and green chillies.
Add 150 gm crumbled paneer and some finely chopped coriander leaves.
For Masala- add 1.5 tsp Dhaniya powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Mirchi Powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder and 1 tsp Aamchoor Powder, Salt.
And at last, for binding, add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup quick oats.
Mix everything well. Vegetables and Paneer will ooze out their own water, so if required then only add 1-2 spoon of water.
Shape the tikki from the mixture and roast it on a hot tawa by applying some oil.
For Raita -
Take 1.5 cup beaten curd.
Into that add finely chopped - cucumber, carrot, some coriander and 3 tbs roasted and coarsely grinned peanuts.
Add salt per taste and mix raita.
To enhance taste of Raita, add tadka on the top ( oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves)
