Welcome back to another food episode. Today we are at home and make Traditional Moroccan Chicken Tagine. I went to Morocco last year and I had the time of my life. Morocco is a beautiful country filled with the kindest people and most delicious foods you can find anywhere in the world.

I take you step by step and show you how to make chicken tagine from scratch. My brother and his girlfriend also try the tagine for the first time and give you their personal reviews of our cooking. I hope you enjoy this personal at home video. :)

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
        
6 cloves garlic, minced
        
1 yellow onion, sliced thinly
        
4–6 chicken thighs, skin on & bone in
        
1 tbsp parsley, minced
        
1 tbsp cilantro, minced
        
5–6 strands saffron (optional), bloomed with an ice cube for 15 minutes
        
1 tsp salt
        
2 tsp pepper
        
2 tsp ginger
        
2 tsp paprika
        
1 tsp cumin
        
1/2 tsp turmeric

1 preserved lemon

1 cup green olives
        
2 tbsp water

couscous or
Moroccan bread (khobz)
