All right, guys. So we're going to do another arm bar. I'm going to show the origin of the original arm bar, which is a judo move but imported into Jiu-Jitsu. And I'm going to show you how we can take it and put it into a Jiu-Jitsu context. First I'm going to show you how they do in judo. Okay. So Chad tried to throw me or something like that, and he winds up here. I stick my foot in. I'm over here. i dive my hand underneath, go on my head, bring my shin around here, turn and rotate over, and I'm in the arm bar position. Okay. That's how they do it in judo. Now we're going to take it a little different and kind of play with it Jiu-Jitsu style. All right. So I'm here. I'm trying to choke Chad.

I'm trying to choke Chad. All right. But he's fighting. So I'm going to grab this hand, and I'm going to roll him to the back mount. Okay. Roll him to the back mount, all right, this way. I post my hand, holding this hand, and I come up. Now he's going to defend. So I pull him . All right. This is the best position to be in fighting, because I'm going to wail on him. Right. So he doesn't want to stay here. So he's going to come up on his knees, and he's going to free one of his legs. All right. Now if I don't do anything, I'm just going to fall over. And that's not good. Okay.

So as this leg is free, I put my arm in, base on my head, bring my shin across here, right here. Now I want to turn, grab his foot, pull his foot to me, if I can get the far foot better, close foot is okay. Bring it over, grab, leg over, finish the arm bar. Okay. Let's do that one more time. Okay. I'm on the back. I'm on the back. I'm in harness position. I'm here. I'm trying to choke Chad. He's defending. He's pulling my hands. I grab his wrist, pull it in, come over, roll him to back mount. All right. We're here. He comes up. All right. And he gets free. He gets one leg free. I bring my hand in here, slide around, grabbing across the wrist, his leg, finish the arm bar. If I miss it or he locks his hands, that's okay. Right. I just transition out, and I come up so I don't lose position. I don't wind up on the bottom. So that's a traditional judo arm bar done in a Jiu-Jitsu context.
