Wash chicken thighs. Pat the pieces dry with pieces of paper towel. Use a board or a surface you use for raw meat only. Trim fat from meat using kitchen scissors. Cover Chicken thighs with a plastic wrap. Pound Chicken only on on one side, the inner side. Use a mallet meat tenderizer or what ever tool you have in your kitchen, rolling pin will work as well. Then combine all spices and mayonnaise, except black pepper. Mix. Spread mixture all over inner side of chicken thighs. Roll them up and wrap them with one peace of bacon per each chicken thigh. Transfer bacon wrapped chicken to a baking sheet. Sprinkle with black pepper. Bake in a preheated 450F oven for 30 min. Take it out of the oven, drizzle barbecue sauce. Broil in the oven for 5 mins for more crispiness. Enjoy!


Ingredients:

2 1/2 lb Chicken Thighs (trimmed)
1 pack of thin cut Bacon (will not use all of it)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper to taste.
Japanese Barbecue Sauce or use your favorite
