Boxing Combinations for the Attack - Prepared, Unprepared and Screwshots!

Описание к видео Boxing Combinations for the Attack - Prepared, Unprepared and Screwshots!

https://www.myboxingcoach.com - When it comes to your attacking boxing combinations, you can choose to use either prepared, unprepared or....somewhere in between.

In this video we work through 3 boxing combinations. With the first two combinations, I show you an 'unprepared attack' and a 'prepared attack'.

This approach of going for a prepared or unprepared attack helps to increase your variation, making you less predictable and more effective.

The principle of preparing your attack for your boxing combinations is pretty simple, put a feint up front.

As you see in the video, the combinations I use are the same, I just swap out the jab for a feint. Using a feint helps you get to that power shot quicker (either the lead hook or the back hand cross).

The final combination incorporates the wondrous screw-shot.

A simple way to think about the screw-shot is to feint the back hand to the body and turn it into a head shot when the shot is half way to it's target.

So the final boxing combination is neither prepared nor unprepared...it's a half way house of boxing combinations!

Something for everyone :-)

Cheers
