I started reading a book called "Dark Side of the Light Chasers" by Debbie Ford and its given me great insight on my "shadow" self aka all of the emotions I pretend I don't experience when the truth is, human beings contain ALL of the emotions and learning to identify and accept them is the first step towards living a happier, more fulfilling life!
