This large-scale dance piece is the Company’s first production to be presented at the new Haeoreum Grand Theater. It began from the ideas of ‘shaman’ and their ‘initiation g?t(shamanicritual).’ The dancers on stage are all shamans. What unfolds on stage is the beautiful journey of shamans who are reborn through their initiation g?t, accepting their fate after their special abilities had caused their social isolation, and who are re-entering into life with courage, overcoming hardships. The title, “See you, I’m home,” is both each shaman’s message to themselves and their greeting to everyone. ‘See you, I’m home’ is choreographed by artistic director Sohn In-young, joined by Jang Young-gyu whose popularity has rocketed even more since the recent success of the band Leenalchi as composer and music director, and Yun Jae-won concept writer of the series ‘The School Nurse Files’ as director and art director. The colorful aspects of shamanic culture, a shared legacy of humanity, will be merged with intense physical energy and distinct music to fill the space like a panorama.
