How to "Un Stuck" a cylinder on a boat | Changing out a fuel water separator filter outboard

Here is a great trick or hack to un tighten any type of cylinder that is being difficult to un tighten. A lot of time when something has not been unscrewed it can be difficult to un tighten. I have found it is simple to un tighten a fuel water separating filter with just a rope, screw driver and elbow grease.
