Here's what my workday looks like when the AVP Pro Tour comes to town!

For the last 4 years I've been on the AVP Medical Support Team, and we split our time doing sideline medical support, as well as working on the players in the medical tent.

This is a fantastically well-run crew of healthcare pros -- including orthos, chiros, PTs, ATCs, massage therapists and paramedics.

And guess who's in charge of this whole team? Dr. Karla Solum -- a chiropractor!

This team works together seamlessly, each one of us bringing a specific skillset to help keep these elite athletes playing at the top of their game.

And the athletes are hugely appreciative of the work we do. They routinely thank us for taking care of them.

It's a great feeling to work on a 2-time Olympic Gold Medalist, then see him walk onto the court in the finals, and win the tournament :)
