Each week I will Rewind and Recap my training week as I GO ALL IN on HYROX. The count-down is on for 29-30 June 2024 in Melbourne as I am to put my best foot forward. HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants Run 1KM, followed by 1x Functional Workout Station, repeated Eight Times. This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.
