Frozen Daiquiri and Frozen Mojito | Mixing it up with A-K and Darnell

August heat calls for frozen cocktails, and fortunately for us, we’ve got cocktail experts A-K Hada and Darnell to walk us through two frozen classics: The Frozen Daiquiri and Frozen Mojito.

BACARDÍ Frozen Daiquiri
2 parts BACARDÍ Superior Rum
1 part Lime Juice
1 part Simple Syrup
¾ cup Crushed Ice
For the single-serve recipe, combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until a slushy consistency forms. Garnish with a mint sprig and Lime Wheel.

BACARDÍ Frozen Mojito
1 1/2 parts BACARDÍ Superior Rum
3/4 parts Lime Juice
1/2 parts Simple Syrup
12 Mint Leaves
2 cups Ice
