Shallots ( ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി ) - 15 Nos
Ginger garlic paste( ഇഞ്ചി വെളുത്തുള്ളി അരച്ചത് )- 1 1/2 Tbsp
Green chilli ( പച്ചമുളക് ) - 3 Nos
Turmeric powder ( മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി )- 3/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder ( കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി ) - 2 Tbsp
Coriander powder ( മല്ലിപ്പൊടി )- 2 Tbsp
Garam masala ( ഗരം മസാല ) - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder ( കുരുമുളക് പൊടി ) - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds ( പെരുംജീരകപ്പൊടി ) - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves ( കറിവേപ്പില )
Tomato ( തക്കാളി ) - 2 ( S)
Beef - 1 kg
Salt ( ഉപ്പ് )
