Thwaite Gardens September Tour with Steve Howe - Exotic Plants & Tropical Displays

Описание к видео Thwaite Gardens September Tour with Steve Howe - Exotic Plants & Tropical Displays

Today's video is a visit to Thwaite Gardens in Cottingham near Hull to see how the old botanic garden has been planted with exciting exotic and tropical style plants and care for through the seasons by a team of volunteers. Shown round by Steve Howe, we look at some of the exiting planting and geographically themed borders in the garden and focus on the amazing rare plants including a stunning blue bamboo, a fiery tropical border full of a lot of rare plants I've never grown before and an arid border packed full of spiky beasts! I hope you enjoy this September garden tour, the tropical style planting and the exciting direction this garden is going in.
