ABOUT THIS VIDEO:
This song was recorded in 2011 on our album "The Music Within." The mantra we used is: I am the light of my soul. I am beautiful. I am bountiful. I am bliss. I am, I am. I chose this mantra because I really wanted to believe it. When I would share this chant live, I would tell people that even if the words were hard to believe, the more you chant them, the truer they feel. I am a living testament to this: we become what we repeat.

At the end, Sat Darshan chants the first two verses of "Anand Sahib," a Sikh prayer, translated as "Song of Bliss."
