Egg Fry Kakatiya Grand:

Boiled Eggs preparation:
👇
Raw Eggs – 7
Boil for 20-25 Mins on Medium Flame

Other Ingredients:
👇
Chopped Onions – 1 Medium size (150gms)
Curry leaves – 2 stems (Chop into pieces)
Coriander leaves – 1 Small bunch

Process:
👇
Take a pan,
Add Oil – 3 tbsp
Add chopped Onions
Fry for 3 Mins on Medium Flame
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Fry for 3-4 Mins on Medium Flame
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt (According to taste)
Red Chilli powder – ½ tsp (Total 1 tsp)
Fry for 30 seconds on Medium Flame
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Fry for 2 Mins on Low Flame
Add Curry leaves
Fry for 2 Mins on Low Flame
Chopped Boiled Egg pieces (Only whites)
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
Now add Yellow Balls
Fry for 3 Mins on Medium Flame
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Remaining Red Chilli powder
Fry for 2 Mins on Low Flame
Stove off & Enjoy the Boiled Egg Fry
