Make the Dough:
2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 envelope INSTANT YEAST.
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup WARM water 100 to 110 degrees (NO HOTTER)
A little olive oil for dough to raise (1 hour)

Pistachios Sauce:
1/2 cup pistachios coarsely grounded approximately 2 tbsp set to the side for sprinkling
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese approximately 2 tbsp
Add olive oil 2 to 3 tbsp (make this consistency thick, yet spreadable.) Add extra nuts or cheese as needed. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook Italian sausage:
Knead and cut the dough into 2 halves

Don't forget to poke holes with a fork. Add a little olive oil inside the sandwich bread.
Bake the pizza dough and the sandwich crust in a 450-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Make the pizza: (In the video I said that my pizza was 12 inches, in fact it was 14 inches.)

Add the pasta sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni
Sausage

Build the sandwich.
First add the pistachio spread
Burrata Cheese
Sprinkle pistachio nuts
Add mortadella meat
