The first true Cinematic Universe // Joss Whedon's The Avengers & Age of Ultron reviews

Описание к видео The first true Cinematic Universe // Joss Whedon's The Avengers & Age of Ultron reviews

It may feel like small potatoes now, but simply reaching a single Avengers movie, let along two, was a huge accomplishment at the time! 10 years ago Marvel proved that their Cinematic Universe concept not only had merit and mass appeal, but that they could absolutely pull the whole thing off!

It's an odd and rather uncomfortable thing to not only review, but heavily praise the works of Joss Whedon. While I hope that he doesn't get work directing again, I am setting that aside to examine the movies we are left with. And despite who was behind the camera, The Avengers and Age of Ultron are monumental undertakings, and essential viewing of the Infinity Saga. I took the task seriously, and tried to look passed that for the sake of my critiques.

My style of reviews attempts to analyze, but also to basically act as a brain dump of nearly everything I liked and disliked in a movie. Yet I did NOT expect this video to be THIS long! Although I am kind of proud that it sort of lives up to the size and scale of these 2 movies.
