TUNA STEAK WITH LEMON CAPER CREAM SAUCE
Recipe:
2 pounds fresh Tuna Steak
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1Tbsp butter
1 medium size chopped onion
2 chopped cloves garlic
1 cup half & half or (whole milk or evaporated milk)
3/4 cup chicken stock/broth
1.5 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp capers
2Tbsp flour
1 Tsp dried or chopped fresh parsley
