🌿 Today, I harvest fresh luffa (sponge gourd) straight from my garden and cook a delicious Vietnamese stir-fry with tender chicken gizzards, fragrant lemongrass, and spicy chili. This rustic farm-to-table dish is packed with bold flavors and simple to make at home!

• Fresh luffa (sponge gourd / loofah)
• Chicken gizzards — cleaned and thinly sliced
• Lemongrass — finely chopped
• Fresh chili
• Garlic
• Fish sauce, sugar, pepper
• Cooking oil
