IMPROVE POSTURE & CHEST FLEXIBILITY WITH THESE EASY MOVEMENTS | Feldenkrais with Alfons

Tight chest and shoulder muscles may cause back pain, bad posture, slouching and overall a bad life experience. However just strength training and stretching might just not cut it. Maybe try an alternative, something that feels good and re-organizes your chest to be more at ease, more flexible, and better working all together?

In this lesson we explore further on how lifting the head in supine affects the neck, the chest, the back, heck the whole self. We also learn about basic eye movements and how to coordinate them with neck movements.

This is a series of videos with beginner lessons of the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education. This will give everyone with an internet connection the chance to get to know the Feldenkrais Method, to learn more about awareness, mindfulness, how to take care of one's own health, and to become better day by day.
