Bon Jovi | Legendary Concert at The Spectrum | Pro Shot Remaster | Philadelphia 1989

Breathtaking show that not only is a fan favourite, but wasn't premiered when I posted it in early 2020. Jon goes higher midway during the scream in I'll Be There For You and the overall energy is through the roof!
This is more of an experimental remaster since there are countless "original" versions on YT anyway. I combined all three techniques I usually use: a filter cascade I've put together in VirtualDub over the course of 15 years, AI enhancing technology and manual adjustments I usually use on each video. Furthermore, the sound was a bit of a tryout since the cymbals weren't really captured in the mix. I used some techniques including a brilliance enhancement which tried to recalculate some of the missing frequencies out of the source material. It gives a slight metallic echo to Jon's vocals, but also lifted some of the "muddiness" of the sound. As I said, it's a bit of an experiment since you can always go back to the upload from 2020 on here anway ;)
For this night's premiere, I'd like to dedicate this one to Matthew Perry. Neither was he a Bon Jovi fan (that I know of) nor did I know him, but his fine sense of humour, comedic timing and sarcasm certainly had an immense influence on me and my life and also often transported into the lighthearted chats we have here as a community. RIP Matty, thanks for all the laughs!
