THE WRITTEN RECIPES

Sweet toast:
-1 slice of bread
-1 TBSp peanut butter
-1 banana fried in 1TSP coconut oil

Savoury toast:
-1/2 block (150g) smoked tofu
-2 spring onion
-1 clove garlic
-salt, pepper and thyme
-a little oil for frying
-bread

Chickpea tuna:
-1 can chickpeas
-2 spring onion
-2 TSP nori
-4 TBSP vegan yogurt or mayo
-1 TBSP vinegar or lemon juice
-salt and pepper to taste
-potatoes to serve

Lentil dal:
-1 cups (150g) red lentils
-1 onion
-2 cloves garlic
-a thumb ginger
-a handful frozen spinach
-one head broccoli
-3/4 cup (180ml) coconut milk
-2 cups (500ml) water
-curry powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, chili flakes

Tofu:
-2 blocks (400g) tofu
-1 TBSP soy sauce
-1 TSP garam masala

Luxurious hot chocolate:
-1 cup (250ml) plant milk
-a piece (15g) vegan chocolate
-1 TSP cacao powder
-a pinch of cinnamon and chili flakes
-1 TBSp maple syrup
