Scott Byram is a research affiliate with the Archaeological Research Facility who has conducted ground-penetrating radar (GPR) for Cal projects on four continents. Most of his work is in California and Oregon. Scott uses GPR to survey sites ranging from shell mounds to adobe ruins, historic homesteads, cemeteries, fortifications, and wreckage sites.
