This is a 30 minute vinyasa yoga flow practice. Part 14 of the Refresh & Restore series of classes. These practices are designed to gently restore range of motion in your whole body without too much over effort.
This practice offers a mindful, continuous & fluid flow, with an emphasis on familiar movement and a return to the fundamental simplicity of your breath as a means to refresh and restore body and mind. Merge your breath, movement and mindful attention as you flow through lunges, twists, standing warriors and cool down with twists in single pigeon & janu sirsasana and baddha konasana before a brief shavasana.
For practice, you might wish to have a block and a blanket for comfort in pigeon pose toward the end of practice.
