Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Young Chefs Competition finals 2023 full video

Dear Friends de la Chaine,

We were very proud to host the 47th Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition finals in Istanbul this year between 4 and 8 October.
22 young chefs, each the winner of their national competition, competed at Le Cordon Bleu in order to win the first prize. The competition was won by Joseph Baffoe from the United States of America, followed by Maciej Pisarek from Great Britain and Amber Heaton from Australia.
