Day 3: This full body flow has a focus on cross patterning exercises, using the opposite arm and opposite leg at the same time. These movements not only help improve our body awareness and coordination, but help us with our everyday movements, such as walking, running, etc.
Starting with an easier version, you will progress to a more challenging version of the exercise. Repeat and progress movements from day one and day two. I hope you start feeling stronger, more mobile and more flexible. :)
