陽明山國家公園~紗帽山，再加碼五星級橫嶺古道，環狀健行路線

紗帽山，海拔643公尺，位於陽明山國家公園，有兩個登山口，一位於陽明湖，一位於大埔。從陽明湖登山口起登，再從大埔登山口下山，然後再走橫嶺古道，可以走出一條環狀健行路線。步行距離近6公里，步行時間約3小時（含休息）。
Shamao Mountain, 643 meters above sea level, is located in Yangmingshan National Park. There are two mountain hiking trail entrance of Shamao Mountain , one in Yangming Pond and the other in Dapu. Starting from the Yangming Pond trail entrance, then descend to Dapu trail entrance trail, and then take the Hengling Histoircal Trail, you can walk out a circular hiking route. The walking distance is nearly 6 kilometers, and the walking time is about 3 hours (including rest).

Shamao Mountain Yangming Pond Trail entrance → 60 minutes → Shamao Mountain Viewing Platform→ 45 minutes → Dapu Trali entrance → 18 minutes → Hengling Historical Trail Entrance → 30 minutes → Hengling HistoricalTrail End → 15 minutes → Shamao Mountain Yangming Pond Trail entrance, walking distance is about 5.8 kilometers , Travel time is about 3 hours (including rest and filming)

陽明山前山公園及橫嶺古道入口設有公共廁所
There are public toilets at the Yangmingshan Qianshan Park and Hengling Historical Trail entrance.

【交通資訊】（Traffic Information）
★大眾運輸：搭乘公車230、303至教師中心站; 或公車紅5、260至陽明山公車總站。
★自行開車：Google地圖衛星導航輸入「前山公園男公共浴室」或「台北市私立陽明山老人養護所」，皆可抵達紗帽山陽明湖登山口。
★Public transportation: Take bus 230 or 303 to Teachers Center Stop; or bus Red 5 or 260 to Yangmingshan Bus Terminal.
★Drive by yourself: Enter "Qianshan Park Male Public Bath" or "Taipei Private Yangmingshan Elderly Care Center" by Google Map satellite navigation to reach the Yangming Pond trail entrance of Shamao Mountain.
