LDWA Rodent Wriggle 13.5 mile trail run 2024

Come with me to Suffolk, as I tackle a trail half marathon organised by the Norfolk and Suffolk group of the Long Distance Walking Association.
This run is all about enjoying time in the surprisingly varied countryside of East Suffolk. And along the way we’ll find out interesting stuff - like why 2/3 of the population of Needham Market died in the 1600s and what an Osier bed was for!

I’m a middle-aged, UK trail runner who enjoys the countryside – why not come along with me as I explore new places and find out interesting stuff about them?
