Sourdough Pizza Crust ~ Cheesy Garlic Bread Pizza ~ Sourdough Discard/ Maintaining Sourdough Starter

Use Sourdough discard to make this amazing and tasty crust. In this video I also share how I maintain my sourdough starter, fuss free. This has become my favorite pizza crust recipe and my favorite way to use up my discard.

Pizza Crust:

1 c. sourdough starter unfed
2 1/2 c. flour
1 t. salt
1/2 t. instant yeast
1/2 - 3/4 c. water

Cheesy Garlic Bread Pizza Toppings
3 T. softened butter
1 t. parsley flakes
3 cloves of chopped garlic
drizzle of seasoned olive oil
1 1/2 - 2 c. pizza cheese (I used mozzarella and parmesan)
1 t. dried oregano
1 t. sea salt
