Apple has finally released an "Exchange and Repair Extension Programs" to replace the affected display. Currently ONLY the following models are supported:

MacBook Pro (13-­inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) - touchbar
MacBook Pro (13-­inch, 2016, Two Thunderbolt 3 Ports) - nontouchbar

Why only these two models? Apple knows best for you.
