Cleveland Weather: Fog, few rain & snow showers tonight in Northeast Ohio

The weather in Cleveland will see a change this weekend.

We'll remain cloudy with on and off showers Thursday and Friday with mild temps in the mid 40s to near 50 on Friday out ahead of a bigger storm system set to arrive this weekend.

Much colder air then wraps in Saturday night into Sunday with temps going from the 40s to the 20s by late Sunday with any rain changing over to some snow Sunday.

A brief day of arctic air is expected on Monday before our active pattern brings another warm up---then more cold air late next week.

THURSDAY: On and off showers. Mild temps in the low to mid 40s.

FRIDAY (New Year's Eve): Mainly cloudy with sprinkles or light rain from time to time. Mild with highs near 50.

SATURDAY (New Year's Day): Rain likely. Continued mild with highs near 50.
