Gudi Padwa is a festival of grandeur and is celebrated with much fanfare in most Maharashtrian homes. I have many fond memories of the festival from my childhood.

But it isn't easy to narrow down on one Gudi Padwa Special recipe from the thousands of delicious ones that we make. So I thought that this year, I'll go with a A Simple 5 Course Maharashtrian Thali.

It's Varan Bhaat with Toop, Puri, Batata Bhaji & Shrikhand, Fried Papad & Kairicha Loncha. The most yummy and comforting food that everyone will love.

There's not much to say about this. I'll let you guys enjoy the video instead.
