Twenty years ago when I started out in photography, developing a personal style was considered a must do activity, in some way to legitimise ourselves as artists.

I agree that we should make work that is representative of who we are, but I don't believe that is a constant. I think the way we feel on a daily basis and subsequently our perspectives and perceptions, are subject to change.

If we change our view, our images can equally change.

In this short film I explore personal style and the development of portfolios.
