Thailand's BEST Fried Chicken Is In HAT YAI 🇹🇭

They say Hat Yai fried chicken is the best in Thailand so we headed to a Hat Yai street food vendor to find out.

In our local area of Hat Yai here in Southern Thailand there are so many fried chicken sellers that come out in the evenings.

We found a lady frying up the freshest Hat Yai Fried chicken you could imagine so we got 2 huge chicken thighs, 2 huge chicken legs, 1 bag of chicken crackling, 2 bags of sticky rice and lots of fried shallots! Everything cost us 160 Thai baht.

On the way home we bought our new family in Hat Yai ice creams for the kids, they pulled us into their restaurant and made us a Som Tam to eat with our fried chicken they are the kindest family ever.

Had to eat on our balcony on the bedside table which I'm not proud of but it's alright because I can confirm hat Yai Fried chicken is incredible.
It was so juicy and when paired with the fried shallot is an unbeatable combination.

The fried chicken here in Thailand could be some of the best in the world 🇹🇭
