Where is baby in the pelvis? Are they engaged?

If you want to labor smarter and not harder, you need to listen and follow your body. It's much simpler than you think.

Labor doesn't have to be complicated nor does it have to be coached at every minute of the experience.

The best way to labor is effectively and intentionally. You must labor and move based on where your baby is in the pelvis...But, how do you know how to move if you don't get an exam?

The way your body is moving.

Stations of your baby can be determined without an internal exam. It's all about how your body moves naturally and then we can guide position changes and movements from there.

This is probably one of the most important tools of labor people don't know how to actually execute (including providers).

YALL. Our bodies will tell us EVERYTHING we need to know - even if there's something wrong.

All you need to do is follow your body's lead to know what station your baby is actually at and then move accordingly (check out episode 2 of this series to know the movements to use)!
