Greenlight Collectibles Fail - I Paid $132 for Garbage Trucks...

Earlier this month I purchased 10 International Workstar tanker trucks made by Greenlight Collectibles for a project I was working on. Upon receiving the trucks, I decided to make another diecast review for my channel before disassembling them. However, I didn't even get past the unboxing before I realized that these trucks had numerous issues straight out of the box and had just been slapped together and put on the shelves. This is not the first time I've had issues with Greenlight products, as last year I reviewed their American Pickers set and found the same lack of quality control in that item as well.

I can honestly say I am not impressed with Greenlight and I still stand by what I said before. The fact that literally each and every one of these trucks had problems straight out of the box is unacceptable. I know for a fact Greenlight is trying to compete with the other 1:64 manufactures out there such as ERTL, DCP, SpecCast, M2 Machines, etc, but this is a very poor way of doing it. Personally I would rather pay the extra money and buy something from one of the other guys before I would buy anything from Greenlight again. It's pretty clear the quality has slid compared to when I first starting buying Greenlight replicas.

As a final note, I would appreciate it if Mr. Greenlight would send me an email and explain why your products are of such poor build quality. If you continued to deliver this garbage to the 1:64 scale market, it's going to be game over for your company. Lastly, if these Greenlight fanboys want to accuse me of being cruel and unfair towards Greenlight, ask yourself this. Would you be alright with spending $132 of your own money, and then received these trucks which have just been slapped together? Think very hard before you drop your comment...
