92008 was built by Nick Mitchell from the Fence Houses Model Foundry 2mm scale kit.
Parts of the kit have been modified to allow the valve-gear to be reversed. A second motor is hidden in the boiler to operate the reverser, and is controlled by a DCC function output.

This video shows 92008 doing some shunting, followed by a look at the valve gear mechanism under construction. Finally there are some photos of the 9F's famous exterior plumbing during construction.
