How to Make Fondant (EASY & BEST Recipe)

Ingredients
Icing Sugar/Confectioners Sugar 1.5kg
Gelatin 1&1/2 tbsp
Glucose 125ml /1/2cup
CMC 1tbsp
Water 1/2 cup


You can add 2tbsp of CMC during the remaining season to avoid having a wet fondant.
For dry season, you can increase the amount of Glucose to 130ml to retain moisture and not dry out easily.
