60 Minute Full Length Yoga Nidra for Detox and Cleansing | Purify the Body and Mind

Melt into this 60 minute full length yoga nidra or guided meditation practice for detox and cleansing. Yoga nidra is an effortless form of meditation that uses systematic relaxation techniques to bring you into a deep state of light altered consciousness and peaceful relaxation. These techniques carry you through the Koshas or the layers of the Self, with the healing potential to dissolve away tension from the physical body, relieve the thinking mind and any stressors or worries, release any blocked or stored emotions, and reveal a truer sense of who you really are behind it all. You might think of this as a natural and effortless detoxifying or purification process - cleanse away what no longer serves you and reconnect to a sense of who you really are.

In a deeply relaxed parasympathetic state of yoga nidra, you will be naturally drawn back towards a place of homeostasis, wholeness, and oneness with all that is. During the deep medicinal rest that comes in the practice and the state of yoga nidra, you will be guided into a state of wakeful sleep where you can plant the seed of good intent to let go of and cleanse away what's no longer needed here. Trust your body, for your body knows what it needs - yoga nidra simply creates the container of safe space for you to release and let go, thereby creating space for your Sankulpa or intention to come into fruition.

This practice is supported by watery imagery of the ocean, rivers, streams, and waterfalls - to leave you feeling cleansed, spacious, free and flowing. What are you feeling called to release?
