Edges and Balance for Club Players: Set 2: Racket Skills At Home [Follow Along]

Improve your squash racket skills at home! In this follow up to my first bounce and ball kills video, I show you some skills with the edge of the racket and finish with a couple of balance exercises.

After explaining each drill, I then do them with you to ensure you keep working.

Very lastly I offer an "Impossible" challenge.
