In this guided yoga class from the Nath yoga tradition (3rd Series), we will begin by singing a few mantras to invoke the blessings of the divine.
The breathing exercises Kapalabhati and alternate Nostril breathing will help to increase your energy levels.
During the Sun Salutations, the flow of energy will be enhanced, so that you will get the most benefits out of the Yoga postures.
The main part of the Asana series comes from the tradition of the Nath Yogis. The 3rd Series is designed to remove all the accumulated stress, so you can experience deep relaxation.
In the guided final relaxation, all the beautiful benefits of the practice will unfold even more, so that you will fully recharge and rejuvenate.
