Join Collective Being facilitator Phil (he/him), for this 15 minute trauma-informed restorative practice. You may need a chair, cushion and/or blanket for this practice.

During this practice, Phil will guide you through some reclined, seated and table top forms, with a focus on breath awareness as you move.

You are welcome to make adjustments and adaptations to suit your needs as you practice.

Please note there is a whirring mechanical sound in the background between 1:26 and 5:30. You might choose to play some gentle music as you practice along with Phil.
