Is This The Best Guitar Amp Sim Plugin?

I've never been a fan of amp sim plugins until I tried the amp sims available on the Universal Audio UAD platform. The Friedman DS40 to my ears is the best sounding amp sim on the market. If you load the Friedman DS40 into an insert slot it leaves the unison slot available for the fantastic Ibanez TS-808 tube screamer. The Studio Rats are core band members Paul Drew on guitar/production/mixing, drummer James Ivey and Dan Hawkins on bass. They collaborate with singers and musicians to produce radio-ready songs.
