Enghelab Square is an important square in central Tehran, Iran. It is served by a Metro station of the same name. It sits at the western end of Enghelab Street.
Due to the centrality of this square, as well as the possibility of access to other areas of the city, many people pass through this square every day. This square is the cultural heart of the capital due to its proximity to the University of Tehran and the existence of most bookstores and publications around it.

Kargar Street is one of the central streets of Tehran. This street has a north-south direction and leads to Hakim Highway from the north and to the railway square from the south.
Kargar Street intersects with important east-west streets such as Al-Ahmad Highway, Fatemi Street, Keshavarz Boulevard, Enghelab Street, Jomhouri Street, Imam Khomeini Street and Molavi Street. Along Kargar Street, there are important squares such as Enghelab Square, Pasteur Square, Hor Square, Razi Square and Railway Square.

The part of Kargar Street from Enghelab Square to Hakim Highway is called North Kargar or Amirabad Street (former name). Also, in the past, the area from Al-Ahmad Highway to the northern end of the street was called North Amirabad and from Al-Ahmad Highway to Enghelab Square was called South Amirabad. Amirabad Street is located in Amirabad neighborhood.
The other part of Kargar Street from Enghelab Square to Rah-Ahan Square is called South Kargar, which was called 30 Metri street before the revolution.

Moniriyeh Square is one of the ancient city squares of Tehran, which is located in Moniriyeh neighborhood. A CEO in Tehran Municipality said in May 2015, "If our perception of the square is a traffic jam, this square is gone; "But in our view, it is a local field for cultural, economic and social interactions, and now the experts in this field have approved a plan that fits the history of this field." A statue of Abu Saeed Abu al-Khair was erected in this square in July 2016. Moniriyeh Square and Street in Tehran is a market for sports equipment, hence it is known as Sport Bazaar. Moniriyeh Bazaar has been used commercially for more than six decades.
This square is from the east through Abu Saeed street to Tehran bazaar and Globandak crossroads, from the west through Moayeri street to Lashkar crossroads and South Kargar street and from the north through Valiasr street to Valiasr square and from the south again through Valiasr street to the railway square it's related to.
Moniriyeh metro station is located near this square.
