Yamaha Absolute Hybrid Maple Recording Session - Toto Africa / Cheep Thrills Mashup

A few weeks ago I was back in the studio in Brisbane recording this mashup with my new Yamaha Absolute Hybrid Maple 6 piece kit and some of my favourite Paiste cymbals. While I have used this kit for plenty of recordings and gigs, this is the first time I have used it for a YouTube video and I must say how much I love the sound of this kit.

HEADS
Toms are fitted with Remo clear Emperors on the top and Remo clear Ambassadors on the bottom.
Kick drum has Remo clear power sonic on the batter.
The Snare drum is fitted with a Remo coated Ambassador on the batter and an Ambassador snare side head on the bottom.
