Ingredients

For the pastry:
420 g All Purpose Flour
65ml Water
150g Shortening
50g Butter / Marg
1 medium egg
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt

For the Filling: Minimum ingredients
1 lb (450g) potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 large onions, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

NOTE: I had an editing ERROR. Salt was added just before the pepper. I'm sorry for any confusion.


oven to 380°F (190°C) 20 - 25 mins
Air fryer 360°F (180°C) 20-25 mins
