Five Steps:

1. Understand your psychology/genetic background (driven towards comfort) and assess your self-limiting beliefs

2. Single out your most limiting belief and write down 1) why you have it and 2) how it’s preventing you from achieving the life you want.

3. Make changing that belief about yourself a “must”

4. Develop realistic goals towards moving towards discomfort until that discomfort becomes a habit

5. Track your progress
