일반숟가락 1스푼 = 10ml
계량스푼 1작은술 = 5ml
계량컵 1컵 = 200ml
종이컵 1컵 = 180ml

재료

삼겹살 600g
대파 1대
상추 7장
청양고추 3개
베트남고추 7개
마늘 7알
감자전분 2/3컵
소금, 후추

양념장:
진간장 2.5큰술
맛술 2큰술
물엿 2큰술
설탕 2/3큰술
다진생강 1작은술
후추

파채소스:
진간장 1큰술
식초 1큰술
매실액 2큰술
참기름 1큰술
통깨 1큰술

Ingredient

600g of pork belly
1 green onion
7 lettuce slices
3 hot peppers
7 Vietnamese chili peppers
7 garlic
2/3 cups of potato starch
Salt, pepper

Sauce:
2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of cooking wine
2 tablespoons of starch syrup
2/3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon minced ginger
Pepper

Green onion salad sauce:
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2 tablespoons of plum juice(or sugar)
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
